A classic line-up from 1968: the BBC’s gentle preschool delight Play School, and ITV’s raucous comedy sketch show Do Not Adjust Your Set, featuring three future Pythons. Animated treasures include the stop-motion cut-out adventures of Halas & Batchelor’s Snip and Snap (1960), as well as Bob Godfrey’s feline friend Henry’s Cat (1986). You can also relish an archival rarity, Sooty’s Busy Day (1963). As this was a specially commissioned road safety film, the 16mm film print is in colour.
