Relaxed Evening Event: Sculpture @ British Museum, London

August 4 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

This event welcomes people with disabilities, neurodivergent individuals and anyone with sensory needs seeking a calmer environment.

Join us for a relaxed evening at the Museum devoted to exploring the wonders of ancient sculpture. This event offers a unique opportunity to experience the Museum’s Egyptian, Greek and Roman galleries in a calm, sensory-friendly environment ideal for visitors with learning disabilities, their families, friends and carers.

During this event, guests can view, sketch and even touch some of the pieces of the galleries at their own pace, learning about the distinctive styles, materials and techniques used by sculptors from the ancient civilisations of Egypt, Greece and Rome.
