Relaxed opening tours allow neurodivergent people and other people who would benefit in a calm and safe environment to enjoy the Zoo.
Let us welcome you into the peaceful oasis that is our Zoo, within the heart of Regent’s Park. Arriving outside of opening hours via a special entrance, let us guide you around, showing you some of our incredible wildlife.

Please note, these sessions are guided by our Engagement and Community Engagement teams along a set route which is agreed in advance with our animal and operation teams to ensure the best possible experience. We cannot allow free roaming around the Zoo outside of our normal opening hours for the safety and wellbeing of visitors and animals.

Dates and Times
Relaxed opening tours take place before the Zoo opens to the public or after the Zoo has closed, depending on the time of year.

Each tour is 90 minutes in duration.

Prices
Tours are free to attend but must be pre-booked with a valid Membership, Fellow, or Patron card, or a General Admission ticket to London Zoo. You will be prompted to purchase a ticket when you click the booking button below.

A disability concession ticket entitles the holder to a free companion or carer place with each ticket.
