A relaxed and quieter day at the museum, designed for families and carers with children and young people (0-25) on the autism spectrum, and those with additional sensory needs.
See the sets, costumes, props and prosthetics created in West London for some of the UK’s most famous Sci-Fi TV series including Doctor Who, Red Dwarf, and A Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy. Enjoy exhibition trails, dressing up, and Sci-Fi inspired junk box modelling.
Lunch/snack rooms available on the day – please bring a packed lunch! There will also be a quiet room with beanbags, rugs and soft lighting for ‘downtime’.
FREE, but please do book in advance. Contact learning@visitgunnersbury.org
